As the Head of our Canada business, Denise’s main responsibility is to develop and provide risk management and loss prevention services to customers. Additionally, her team studies emerging risks and aims to take risk engineering and associated loss-control services to the next level, helping customers meet the challenges of risk management, safety, sustainability and ESG issues. Denise has 20 years of experience in the insurance industry in various roles such as underwriting, brokering, risk management and business development. She holds a Canadian Risk Management designation from the University of Toronto and a diploma in Human Resources Administration from Seneca College.
